You can return any unworn item in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email hello@example.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (domestic) or instructions (international).
- Drop the parcel at any carrier location.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Banks typically take another 5–10 days to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don't process exchanges directly — return the original and place a new order. This is faster and avoids holding the new size.
What we can't accept
- Items worn outdoors or showing wear on the outsole
- Items missing original box, tags, or laces
- Final-sale items (marked at checkout)
